May is officially Cheesecake Galore month at BlueEyes Kitchen! All month long, Jocelynn is launching 8 brand-new artisan cheesecake flavours — two new flavours every Sunday. Whether you are a classic lover or an adventurous foodie, there is something on this menu for you.
The 8-Piece Artisan Sampler Flight
Can't decide? Try them all! The 8-Piece 2-inch Artisan Sampler Flight features one of every Cheesecake Galore flavour in a beautiful presentation. Available all month for $32.99. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for all orders.
The May 2026 Flavour Lineup
Week 1 — May 3 to 9
Strawberry Shortcake — A classic reimagined. Fresh strawberry compote layered over a creamy artisan cheesecake base with a buttery graham crust.
Lemon Blueberry — Bright, zesty lemon cheesecake swirled with wild blueberry. Sunshine in every slice.
Week 2 — May 10 to 16
Jalapeno Mango Margarita — Sweet tropical mango meets a whisper of jalapeno heat, balanced with a creamy artisan cheesecake base and a hint of lime. Bold, unexpected, and absolutely addictive.
Key Lime Pie — A timeless classic, reimagined. Bright, zesty key lime curd nestled in our signature graham crust, finished with a silky artisan cheesecake layer.

How to Order
All cheesecakes are handcrafted to order by Jocelynn at BlueEyes Kitchen. Available for pickup in the Devon, Leduc, Nisku, and South Edmonton area. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required for all orders. Full 6-inch cakes are available in Mini, Small, and Large sizes.
