Ordering & Payment Policy
At BlueEyes Kitchen, every item—whether sweet or savoury—is made fresh. To ensure smooth scheduling, ingredient sourcing, and preparation time, the following policies apply.
Ordering & Minimum Notice

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all menu items, as long as scheduling permits and space is available.

Custom cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and specialty flavours may require additional notice depending on design complexity and existing bookings.

Availability is confirmed at the time of inquiry—early booking is encouraged, especially for weekends and holidays.
Payment Requirements
Orders under $50

Full payment is required 24 hours before pickup or delivery.

Orders of $50 or more
​

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your order.

The remaining balance is due 24 hours before pickup or delivery.

Deposits, Changes & Cancellations

We understand plans sometimes change.

Deposits are fully refundable up to 14 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

If cancellation occurs within 14 days, refunds are assessed case by case, based on:

preparation already started
-
custom work completed
-
ingredients purchased

Changes to existing orders are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

Pickup, Delivery & Missed Pickups

Pickup times are scheduled in advance to ensure freshness and smooth handoff.

Delivery available —fees may apply depending on distance.

Forgotten or missed pickups cannot be refunded, as products are perishable and made to order.

Custom Orders
​
Custom designs, specialty flavours, themed treats, and event orders:

are accepted case by case, based on existing schedule and capacity

Allergen & Gluten-Aware Kitchen Information
​
BlueEyes Kitchen is not a certified allergen-free facility, however gluten-aware practices are followed to reduce cross-contact risk.
Our gluten-aware procedures include:

A dedicated gluten-aware work table located away from other stations
-
Ingredients stored in sealed tubs to reduce airborne gluten exposure

Covered workstation when not in use
-
Dedicated utensils and bakeware reserved only for gluten-free items (some shared items may still be used—gluten aware, not gluten free)

When mixing gluten item mixer is covered to help prevent airborne gluten (when practical)

A HEPA filter running beside work stations
-
Full wipe-down of surfaces prior to baking gluten aware items
-
Gluten-aware baking scheduled first in the day to minimize airborne particles

Despite these precautions:
***Products may still contain trace gluten
***Not suitable for those with celiac disease or severe allergies
Customers with allergies or sensitivities should notify when ordering so guidance can be offered.
